Simplest and tastest healthy lunch! I love this lunch so much!
What you need:
- Turkey (lunch meat)
- Optional: Siracha Sauce
First. slice your cucumber in thirds or in half, then cut length wise, as shown below! And then hollow the insides with a spoon.
Now line with bottom with mustard. Cut some cheese, add the turkey and vegetables that you want. And if you’re like me…add some spicy siracha. It takes a little sushi-esque with eh cucumber and all.
